OUR decentralised PROJECT

-YOUTH CENTRED-

The last point of call, regarding mindsets, is why our organisation exists, when a person is either stabbed or shot.

This however means it's too late and somewhere along the line, society has failed. Our mission is to recycle the energy of YASHA, back to the start, which ultimately is the mindset.

Over the last 10 years across England and Wales, there has been a cut in funding of £1BN for youth services. This has resulted in the closure of 750 youth centres, with over 70% now closed. Statistics in knife crime in this period have increased considerably. Youth centres are a fundamental part of society, where children can have a space to keep them busy, out of trouble and teach them what they are not taught in school and in most cases at home. What we are determined to do, is bring them back, but build them back better.

We will be teaching creativity, horticulture, business, music, cooking and how to avoid a life of crime, by putting the same energy they would into crime into long term, crime free prospects.

We will start with opening one youth centre in a London borough, then scale up as quickly as we can, dependant on our own financial backing and others who support our cause.

We will use 10% of our profit to fund this project.
